These challenging times require some extreme focus. With that I mean focusing on what is working, focusing on solutions, focusing on finding new ways to do things but personally focusing on faith.
I've never reminded myself as often as I do now about what I am focusing on. Am I focusing on fear while commuting or am I focusing on something more pleasant that will make my trip easier? On my Yoga practice yesterday I was reminded about being more interested on what is going on within.
Focus on what works. Focus on what you can do and what makes you feel better. What do you focus on? can you focus on a thought for 15 s?
